Who am I?
Hi! I'm Christine- a local dairy farmer with a passion for artisan cheese and telling the story behind my food. Although I don't make my own cheese (yet!) I work with experts who do. When possible, I choose local foods from makers who care- about the environment, animal welfare, and making a darn good product. You may say I'm fighting for the grater good... I hold a degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and I spent a year as an assistant cheesemaker at Minnesota's own Redhead Creamery. Be it a beautifully crafted cheese platter with perfect pairings or a personalized cheese class, my goal is to help you experience what good food really is.
